Nancy Azeez is known to companies and clients as their Chief Reputation Officer. She is an award-winning business consultant with over 12 years of entrepreneurial, leadership, and managerial experience working and learning from brands such as Starbucks, Omni Hotels and Resorts, Olive Garden, Intuit Turbo tax, Snap Finance, and more. Nancy works with startups and existing small businesses locally and globally.
Nancy founded Red Onyx Consulting, LLC in 2018 during her MBA studies while researching and conducting case studies on the importance of customer service to a company’s success and why companies like Chick Fil A excel at this and other companies miss the mark and do not realize the amount of money they are losing.
Nancy has made it her vision to help companies close their backdoor, build loyal customers, have low employee turnover, and increase revenue by 6-7 figures annually. In 2019, Nancy was recognized as the Houston Women in Business Champion of the year by the U.S. Small Business Administration. At the age of 25, Nancy co-founded a tax business that grew to 25 locations nationally and began franchising.
Nancy Azeez is also a dynamic speaker who enjoys speaking on business topics using her expertise, personal stories, and humor that audiences are guaranteed to learn from, be inspired by, and have their lives and businesses changed.
